90th annual JAMES meeting

107179SINGING ROCK, as in previous years, will participate in the annual JAMES Mountaineering Meeting.

This year's jubilee 90th JAMES Mountaineering Meeting takes place again at Popradské pleso (High Tatras, Slovakia) on 11th – 17th August 2014.

SINGING ROCK has prepared for you new "Tatras Drytool Contest". Come to try our drytool board and win a pair of BANDIT ice axes.

Schedule

Main events take place from Thursday 14th to Saturday 16th August.

Thursday 14th August 2014
  • 20:00 presentation of Alexandr Luczy
Friday, 15th August 2014
  • 20:00 main guest Adam Ondra, one of the best climbers of the world
Saturday, 16th August 2014
  • 15.30 pious memory at Popradské pleso
  • 16.30 pious memory at Symbolic cemetery
  • 19.00 closing ceremony, results and awards of the meeting contests, live music, party…
Contests:
  • HUDY Tatry Boulder Blast - 5th bouldering contest in Tatras, 15th - 16th August 2014
  • SINGING ROCK DRYTOOL - 1st contest on drytool board, 16th August 2014, 17:00 - 19:00
  • Adidas contest for the best climbing achievement of the JAMES meeting, 11th - 16th August 2014

Accommodation:

Mountain chalet Popradské pleso offers affordable prices for the accommodation. For those who did not registered till 4th July 2013, please, contact directly the reception at Popradske pleso, tel. +421 908 761 403, email recepcia@popradskepleso.sk.

Food:

Everybody will book it when check-in, for the meeting participants is the half board for 10,00 €. Each participant will get a hotel card with 12 % discount for all food, soft and alkohol drinks; sauna and wellness tub will be free of charge!!!

Registration fee:

The registration fee is 5,00 €/participant.
