Changes in SINGING ROCK
LANEX a.s.has finalized the acquisition of the Czech company RAVELTIK, s.r.o., where LANEX got 100% share.
Strategic aim of this acquisition is to increase the portfolio of division and the brand SINGING ROCK, into which RAVELTIK will be incorporated in the end of the year 2011, and to gain the synergy in development, production and sales of climbing equipment as well as personal protective equipment for work at heights and rescue.
RAVELTIK, s.r.o. (www.raveltik.cz) was founded in 1998 and is well known especially on the Czech and Slovak market as respected producer of personal protective equipment, specifically ice climbing equipment (ice axes, crampons, ice screws) and also other gear. Founder of the company and former owner - Mr. Josef Straka – continues to work in the company and is responsible for production process management and product development as a welcome partner of SINGING ROCK R&D team.
It is a pleasure that the team of Singing Rock and Raveltik will be working for a mutual grow and we hope to bring great and safe solutions for all kind of sport and industrial activities.
